- Diabetes care – diabetes consultation and education, blood glucose monitoring, administration of insulin.
- Subcutaneous and Intramuscular injections
- Bowel and Stoma care and education
- Catheter care and education and urine testing
- Catheter changes, including male and SPC catheters
- In home palliative/end of life care
- Epilepsy Management Plans
- Post-op care
- 24-hour nursing support
- Assessments for depression, anxiety and stress
- Assessment for cognitive decline and dementia, with written referral to GPs.
- Completion of forms for government subsidies – CAPS payment, Dementia Supplement for in home care, Oxygen Supplement for in Home Care
