Meet The Team

Sam has worked in the aged care and disability sector for over 14 years. Sam started her career as a support worker, while studying her bachelor of nursing which she completed in 2019. Sam has worked for major providers since completion of her Nursing degree, her role before coming over to Illawarra Shoalhaven Nursing Care was head nurse for a home care provider, where she had all over clinical care of all clients, over saw clinical training of care workers, developed policies and procedures, ensuring the provider was ready for audits and assisting them through the audit process.
Sam is a compassionate nurse, working a holistic person centered approach with all her clients. Sam has a gentle quiet approach, which her clients appreciate. Sam ensures all her clients are treated with dignity and respect, and endeavors to provide great quality of care for all aspects of the client’s life.

Qualifications:

• Graduate Certificate in Stomal Nursing, Australian College of Nursing – underway
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, TAFE NSW – 2023
• Bachelor of Nursing, Charles Darwin University – 2019
